Architects' Propose Flexible Art Pavilion for Singapore

This active multi-use pavilion by Bence Pap and Parsa Khalili took second prize in the OUE Artling ArchiPavilion Design Competition in Singapore. Designed around the principles of continuity and flexibility, the Artling Pavilion provides an adaptable space that accommodates evolving programs and ensures constant adherence to the occupants' needs.

The Artling Pavilion's configuration is based on an open platform which provides the basic space for its programmatic demands. This platform is enclosed by a modular system of walls made of prefabricated industrial materials. In the center of the gallery, a dynamic sculptural architecture piece not only acts as furniture for visitors, but also allows shifting configurations as its components can be distributed throughout the space.
