Concrete-Inspired Ceramic Tile Series
The Discover tile series from AGROB BUCHTAL interprets the visual characteristics of concrete through a ceramic surface language without direct imitation. A layered composition of fine linear markings, tonal variations, and subtle granular textures creates a balanced and visually active surface suitable for architectural applications.
Designed for use on both walls and floors, the collection combines a familiar material reference with a differentiated surface expression, allowing for flexible integration in a wide range of spatial contexts.
Colors and Formats
The series is available in large-format tiles as well as mosaic and decorative variants. Standard formats include 30 × 60 cm, 60 × 60 cm, 60 × 120 cm, and 120 × 120 cm, complemented by a 30 × 30 cm mosaic sheet. The palette consists of five muted, mineral-based tones: basalt, clay, coal, pearl, and sand.
Stone-matt glazed wall tiles reinterpret the floor tile design in a lighter and more regular surface structure. Base tiles feature a smooth finish, while the TRACY decorative tiles introduce a subtle grooved relief. Both regular and irregular groove patterns reference textures found in natural and built environments, contributing visual depth and tactile variation across small and large surfaces. The decorative variants are available in lime and beige.
The collection is complemented by functional elements, including a 30 × 60 cm stair tile and a rounded 7 × 60 cm plinth, supporting continuous material applications across architectural details.
