The world is transformed through architecture. This edition sets out to further the debate on contemporary approaches to architectural practice. We consider architecture as a profession that is always committed to its complex social context; this understanding expands the implications of architectural decisions, enhancing their technical and cultural importance in society. An extraordinary set of events will highlight the diversity of Lisbon’s urban landscape, inviting the public to explore unexpected places, discovering new routes in the city and its surroundings.
