Text description provided by the architects. Achime Bagel is a neighborhood bakery located in Munjeong-dong, Seoul. The project began with the idea of creating a small space that could gently accompany the beginning of each day. The bakery prepares and sells its bagels within the same day, and Jojo Workshop sought to translate this simple and diligent attitude into the interior.
