National Monuments Day: Over 1,000 buildings will open their doors to the public in Argentina

For the third consecutive year, National Monuments Day will take place during the first weekend of May throughout Argentina, coordinated by the National Commission of Monuments, Places, and Historic Assets of the National Ministry of Culture.

Over the course of two days—May 4 and 5—a series of buildings will open their doors to the public, including museums, municipal buildings, schools, universities, hotels, and even prisons.
