Finalists will have the opportunity to present their projects to the judging panel at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Amsterdam. The judging process and the awards ceremony will take place at WAF from November 28 to 30. This year, for the first time, the award will recognize the design team rather than a single building. Consequently, candidates were asked to submit a portfolio featuring three projects: one completed building, one in progress, and one conceptual design. The winner will receive a £10,000 prize and, alongside the other shortlisted projects, will be published in a special edition of The Architectural Review.
