Text description provided by the architects. House Eighteen is a single-family residence conceived from the relationship between architecture, courtyard, and atmosphere. The project revives the courtyard typology as an organizing element, reinterpreting it through a contemporary logic that prioritizes inward-facing domestic life, passive environmental control, and a contained, private spatial experience.
