Nature’s Architects is a free, family-friendly trail to discover twenty micro-homes and structures. Each one is created by leading architects and inspired by nature and biomimicry. They bring to life the fascinating relationship between the built and natural environments by exploring the way plants and creatures build their homes and create forms.
Material Matters is a new fixture on the London design calendar. Based on the critically acclaimed podcast of the same name, the event will see its inaugural edition take place during this year’s London Design Festival, from 22-25 September on London’s Southbank. The event promises to bring together over 40 world-leading brands, designers, makers and organisations to celebrate the importance of materials and their ability to shape our lives. It will provide a platform for inspiration for architects, designers, interior design professionals and design-savvy members of the public.
