Impact Acoustic is a Swiss manufacturer of acoustic solutions and materials engineered for performance and circular design. They present Flock Bespoke and Flock Light, a ceiling system and its companion lighting module designed for bespoke interior installations. Both products are fabricated from ARCHISONIC® Felt—a 100% PET material with 60% certified post-consumer recycled content—and are developed using Impact Acoustic's Computational Design capability.
Flock Bespoke — Ceiling System
Flock Bespoke is a custom-specified acoustic ceiling system built from ARCHISONIC® Felt fins arranged via a three-layer assembly: primary strut channels, secondary profiles, and acoustic fins secured with a specialized clip system. The fins are adjustable in 45-degree orientation steps and variable spacing in 50 mm increments, allowing the ceiling plane to shift in rhythm and direction across a space.
The system is available in five configurations:
- Flock Straight 190: fin height 190 mm, fin width 140 mm, grid spacing 150 mm; up to 2 colors
- Flock Straight 270: fin height 270 mm, fin width 140 mm, grid spacing 150 mm; up to 2 colors
- Flock Straight 340: fin height 340 mm, fin width 180 mm, grid spacing 200 mm; up to 2 colors
- Flock Surface / Flock Trace: variable fin heights 190–460 mm, fin width 180 mm, grid spacing 200 mm; up to 2 colors; allows rolling topographic transitions or curved layouts
- Flock Bespoke: fully custom fin heights 190–460 mm, fin widths 80–250 mm, grid spacing 100/150/200/250 mm; up to 4 colors
All configurations are bespoke in area and share the same ARCHISONIC® Felt material, fire ratings, and environmental credentials.
Flock Light — Acoustic Lighting
Flock Light is a lighting module designed as a direct add-on to the Flock Bespoke ceiling system, integrating into the existing fin structure without disrupting its visual continuity. The module delivers a wall-wash LED effect at 3000K color temperature and 370 lumens output. A single driver powers up to 12 lighting modules, simplifying cable management and installation. Flock Light shares the same fin dimensions as the Flock Straight 190 configuration (fin height 190–460 mm, fin width 34 mm, length 190 mm) and is available in all 45 ARCHISONIC® Felt colors. It carries UL certification for the US and Canadian markets.
