Text description provided by the architects. The Miloma apartment is a personal project by the two partners of the firm. When we started the search for a home, we had some determining factors that would guide the choice: the purchase price, of course; the characteristic of the apartment, which should have a view and a balcony, if possible both, and a parking space; the location, in the Historic District neighborhood; and, also, it couldn't be a new or renovated apartment, because we didn't want to generate waste beyond what was necessary (considering the already exacerbated volume of waste from an interior renovation).
