Located on one of Presidente Prudente's main traffic routes, on Washington Luís Avenue, the retrofit project is a reading of contrast and dialogue with the surroundings. From the outside, the gray and sober expression of the concrete skin that surrounds the existing house reveals, through small rips, a garden that plays the role of a transitional void between the new and the old.
