Text description provided by the architects. The couple was looking for a new home that was cozy, spacious and close to their daughter's school. They found this house from the 1940s, located in an upscale area in the Vila Madalena neighborhood. The property, which had undergone some interventions in its original design and had many sought-after features, still needed improvement. The external environment was little used and some rooms needed to be repositioned, especially on the ground floor. The couple's choice to renovate the property with Iná Arquitetura happened after they identified with the project’s pictures posted on our Instagram.
