Text description provided by the architects. Apê Oficina’s client came to us with interesting and very unusual demands. He is passionate about cycling and has a full workshop in his house to work on his bike collection. To meet his demands, one of the apartment’s three bedrooms was integrated into the living room, creating space to the workshop, which became the heart of the apartment. To unite these rooms, we designed a concrete bench that serves as a support and seat for guests.
