When the graphic designer Rogério Testa acquired an old 50m² apartment in the center of São Paulo, his desire revolved around a simple, but very powerful point: simplifying. Leaving a 90m² apartment at Oscar Freire, the designer now sought to reduce the amount of elements in his life while being close to the facilities that the center brings. Restaurants, grocery stores, various services just a step away from home.
