Text description provided by the architects. This 160 square meters apartment had its original plan and coverings since the delivery of the construction company in the 1980s, it had never been renovated. The clients came to us because they were looking for an apartment with greater integration and connection between spaces, so that it valorized the spatial amplitude and had a more contemporary language with new materials, textures and finishes.
