My Dream Home: Call for Student Entries

Call to Australian and New Zealand design students! This is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! $12,110 in prizes including Cash and BIM/CAD design software + your work published on our web sites around the world + CAD International certificate showing your winning status (that you can use when applying for work) + guest blog feature & social media feature for best designs. What do you imagine as your dream home? Registration closing November 30, 2019. Prizes split between only 3 winners, First, Second and Third.

The aim of the competition is to manifest your dreams into reality and to create a dream home based on it. The purpose is for you to define your dream home and give it a unique layout, form, typology, type, materiality, size, and setting. We want you to start with a concept and show us how your design relates to this concept. We want you to use ARCHLine.XP (free educational license) for your design.

You are free to produce renders in whichever software you want. Modeling, plans, sections, elevations must all be done in ARCHLine.XP and a project model must be emailed along with your panels. You are encouraged to creatively use some of the tools the software provides to create your design. ARCHLine.XP lets you export floor plans, elevations, sections, etc. into whichever format to use in your presentation panels.
