The half-day course provides an understanding of the regulations, context and background, as well as Principal Designer practicalities through case studies.
The course is mainly aimed at architects with three or more years’ experience working within the residential sector however it is also suitable for other duty-holders. Architects working within varied sectors will benefit from attending this course. Case studies will focus on small-scale residential and commercial projects; however the proportionate response methodology is applicable to all project scales.
