This proposal has been designed by the architecture studios Lompreta Nolte Arquitetos and MEQUETRAFFIC , both from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The goal of Beton Hala Water Front Center Proposal – composed of temporary and permanent exhibition space; and commercial area – is to create an urban hub, which would connect urban key points surrounding the building. These key points are namely the Belgrade fortress, Kalemegdan Park, Beton Hala and Kosancicev Venac.
