ESH Hotel & Spa is a 29-key hospitality development located on a sloping site in Nosara, Costa Rica. The project began with a central challenge: how to create a destination hotel on a property with limited long-distance views. Rather than organizing the experience around a distant panorama, the design constructs an internal landscape from the site itself. Preserved trees, a natural creek, planted courtyards, water, and shaded outdoor spaces become the primary points of orientation throughout the hotel.
