Text description provided by the architects. The M.A.N. House is a residence for a São Paulo businessman, located in a gated community in a rapidly expanding metropolitan area of São Paulo. The corner lot, with nearly 180 degrees of street frontage, the elevation difference between the two streets, the view of the eucalyptus forest, and the north/south orientation were key elements in the home's placement and volumetric design.
