Located on the shores of the Joanópolis Reservoir, 115 kilometers (approx. 71 miles) from downtown São Paulo, this house was renovated to accommodate a family of four and their dog. Before the renovation, the clients were mainly dissatisfied with the lack of natural light, the outdated finishes, and a highly segmented floor plan, which provided the starting point for rethinking the project.
