Text description provided by the architects. The project was conceived by prioritizing the benefits offered by the property's natural surroundings. The lot featured an irregular topography, situated directly in front of the riverbank and surrounded by a forest of timbó trees (a species typical of the Argentine littoral region). Considering these unique characteristics, the main premise of the design approach was to elevate the house above the natural ground, keeping the views toward the river unobstructed and seeking to preserve the existing tree species.
