Casa Kaysa is a single-family home located in Malacatos, a subtropical valley in the Ecuadorian highlands, part of the Loja province, where vacation homes prevail due to its warm climate. The project responds to the needs of a family looking to enjoy the views and privileged climate of Malacatos in close relationship with nature. The program seeks to facilitate social gatherings and host guests without compromising the family's privacy.
