Text description provided by the architects. Built in the 19th century, the building belongs to the simple single-family housing typology and is located in an area of high heritage value. It occupies a narrow lot where the first bays feature the living room as the sole space, which preserves its original gabled wood roof. A previous restoration process carried out by architect Universo Garcia focused on rescuing the building's original elements, such as the woodwork and wall finishes.
