Text description provided by the architects. This is the first student residence for the company Hubr in Spain. In contrast to the classic 1950s building and the polite Madrid neighborhood of Salamanca in which it is inserted, the proposal for its use as a student residence seeks to generate a contemporary atmosphere to connect with the students who reside there.
