Text description provided by the architects. The project for the new offices of the Circus Grey Advertising Agency is located on Pedro de Osma Avenue, in the historic district of Barranco in Lima. The presence of massive ficus trees along the avenue, a neighboring historic house of limited height, and the guidelines defined by the Ministry of Culture for the protection of historic urban environments were the primary aspects that shaped the project.
