The Santa Rosa project embodies the founding commitment of the real estate developer Morada to enhance the value of its intervention areas, which in this case is one of the most charming streets in the historic district of Barranco. The building combines residential units with commercial spaces in a superb reinterpretation of the best of historic Barranco architecture.
