Text description provided by the architects. The building is located in the Estrela district, in the Lapa neighborhood—an area with demographics in constant regeneration, where there is an increasing demand for small apartments by young couples starting their careers. Therefore, we believed the proposal should focus on small typologies, specifically one-bedroom apartments (T1), which also allows us to maintain the original number of units.
