Casa El 22 revitalizes a traditional building in Socorro, Santander, a rural farming town of 25,000 inhabitants (2022), transforming it into a social device that challenges the conventional boundaries between housing, cultural space, and community gathering place. Its name, derived from both its urban address and the year of its initial consolidation, already suggests this duality between the domestic and the collective.
