
INCLUSIVE ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE is a pioneering international firm integrating architecture, interiors, landscape, and graphic design. Composed primarily of designers with extensive study, work, and life experience both in China and abroad, the team is dedicated to creating cutting-edge, inclusive architecture that brings future-oriented change to the educational, cultural, R&D, office, and commercial sectors.
Founded in 2014, the firm's founder and principal architect, Xiaoyi Ma, is a US-registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). A graduate of Tsinghua University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), she previously served as partner and managing director for China at the renowned American design firm KlingStubbins (later Jacobs). The projects she led and contributed to have received numerous honors and certifications from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
