Born in São Paulo, Glaucia Pereira é is an urban mobility specialist. She holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from USP and a master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on quantitative methods, also from USP. She has thirteen years of experience in urban mobility, ten of which were spent in the research department of CET, the São Paulo Traffic Engineering Company. She is the founder of Multiplicidade Mobilidade Urbana and is a member and former director of Cidadeapé – Association for Pedestrian Mobility in São Paulo.
