The event began with welcoming remarks by David Basulto, co-founder and CEO of ArchDaily, who also shared a comprehensive report on the Digitization of the Construction Industry with the audience. Afterward, Nicolás Valencia, Editorial Data & Content Manager at ArchDaily, introduced the Building of the Year awards and invited the winning architects to discuss their respective projects in detail: UDEP Classroom Building (Barclay & Crousse), H House (Felipe Assadi Arquitectos), and La Comuna (Natura Futura Arquitectura + Frontera Sur Arquitectura).
