Increased urban density directly impacts the open space available for new, standalone construction, leading to a juxtaposition of buildings where the simultaneity and coexistence of individual pursuits result in a varied fabric.
As a result, new project opportunities emerge, characterized by their close proximity and contiguity to existing structures. Here, architecture is framed within a consolidated setting, requiring it to engage with a wealth of information provided by its immediate context.
