UNStudio, short for “United Network Studio,” is a Dutch architectural practice founded in 1988 by Ben van Berkel and Caroline Bos. Today, the office averages around 140 employees and is jointly managed by the two founders and three partners (Harm Wassink, Gerard Loozekoot, and Astrid Piber). With over 80 projects worldwide, the firm has earned an outstanding international reputation and numerous prestigious awards, including the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) International Award, the Red Dot Award, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Award, and multiple nominations for the Mies van der Rohe Award.
