In addition, using a map, tourists and visitors can explore the city freely or follow a designated route to discover and interact with the artworks. Through La Calle es un Museo, art breaks past museum walls to occupy the city's streets, avenues, plazas, quiet corners, and grand public spaces. Residents can refresh their perspective on these familiar, everyday works, integrating the artist's own insights to foster a deeper, more personal appreciation and understanding.
Similarly, first-time visitors can experience these works in a more comprehensive and engaging way. This offers a new way to discover the city, its history, and its culture through these artworks and their creation, as told by their makers.
La Calle es un Museum is a project created and promoted by PeepArt Project | Acción y Educación Cultural, and Código Zeta | Comunicación, to showcase and add value to artworks within the urban spaces of cities and municipalities.
