On August 30, 2019, the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology (BIFT) Architecture and Design Workshop exhibition opened at the Aedes/ANCB in Berlin, Germany. The workshop team was led by Che Fei (BIFT), with support from Zhang Xuefeng (CU office), Li Weihan (BIFT), and 11 students from BIFT.
For the first time, this workshop integrated both graduate and undergraduate students, with graduate students focusing on urban design research and undergraduates on architectural spatial form analysis. The program was structured into four phases: the opening, the midterm review, the final presentation, and the exhibition/publication. Throughout the process, students were organized into groups, each comprising both graduate and undergraduate participants.
