CONVERSATORIO is a project born from the desire to create a space for reflection on contemporary thought, intended to foster dialogue enriched by diverse perspectives. It aims to reclaim various spaces and generate new questions and inquiries within a critical and pluralistic framework.
The structure of the conversation allows for the identification of different actors in the production of a common space. We start from the conception of a process of building discussion spaces where the community ultimately activates the appropriation of the proposed dynamics. The formulation of new questions is crucial for directing the sessions; these are not presented to be solved, but rather as stimuli to spark inquiries, proposals, and new questions that will inevitably lead to further exploration.
The first actor in this process is the student, who is invited to participate in the discussion, contributing from their academic experience to reflect on their position within the institution. On the other hand, professors act as facilitators of the dialogue, drawing on their experience with the roles and dynamics within the Faculty of Architecture. They, in turn, encourage more active participation from students, allowing a critical stance to emerge. Hence, it is necessary for the professor to allow and promote different expressions as part of their management of the CONVERSATORIO.
