Seminar: 'Technological Innovation in Urban Policy, a Critical Perspective'

The Master’s Program in Territorial Management and Urban Planning (MOTPU IV) at the Faculty of Architecture, Arts, Design, and Urbanism of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia, presents the international seminar: "Technological Innovation in Urban Policy: A Critical Perspective."

The seminar will be led by PhD Aldenilson Dos Santos Vitorino Costa, a geographer from the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT), with a specialization in Environmental Management and Planning from the Instituto Tocantinense de Posgrado (ITOP). He holds a Master’s and a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as a PhD in Geography from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is an adjunct professor in the Department of Public Administration at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, where he conducts teaching, research, and university outreach activities.
