The National Meeting of Architecture Students "ENEA Quito 2022" is an event that, for the third time, seeks to impart and merge knowledge capable of creating, developing, and projecting architecture. It is a week where integration, participation, and academic exchange become the fundamental pillars for analyzing and debating how architecture is practiced in Ecuador, along with alternatives for its professional application.
The National Meeting of Architecture Students is the flagship event of the National Organization of Architecture Students (ONEA), a non-profit organization formed by architecture students from nine Ecuadorian cities: Quito, Ambato, Riobamba, Loja, Cuenca, Ibarra, Guayaquil, Manta, and Portoviejo. The organization aims to bring together as many architecture students as possible to address various issues related to urbanism, architectural design, landscape architecture, and urban sociology, among other relevant topics in the discipline. The goal is to contribute to the development of a critical consciousness among architecture students, fostering a commitment to their culture and social responsibility within the various cities that make up the Ecuadorian landscape. The structure of ENEA Quito 2022 consists of a series of activities to be held over six days at various institutions throughout Quito.
