A new chapter to broaden the horizons of our Biennial and strengthen Latin American architecture.
In 2026, the Colombian Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism reaches its thirtieth edition and, like other architecture biennials across the continent, begins a process of internationalization. Consequently, without altering the Colombian Biennial, a parallel chapter is being created this year for the participation of projects from Latin American countries through the open call for the I Latin American Biennial of Architecture of Colombia 2026. This event enriches the Colombian version, strengthening regional dialogue and the exchange of experiences regarding the contemporary challenges of the discipline.
