On a 7-hectare site located on the border between the city of Rosario and the municipality of Pérez, an office building was designed in response to the guidelines of a master plan. This plan serves as a general organizer for the various disciplines that make up the complexity of an asphalt plant, a road machinery workshop, a construction company, an agricultural and livestock business, and a future silo plant.
