Text description provided by the architects. Titled "A Red Steel Line," the project is a tribute to the Japanese-Brazilian architect Mayumi Watanabe Souza Lima (1934-1994). Mayumi designed the residential towers of the São Miguel Complex in the 107 Norte block, where the apartment is located. Built in 1966, the design is the practical result of her master's thesis, supervised by architect João Filgueiras Lima, known as Lelé.
