Text description provided by the architects. In undertaking its first development in the north of the country, Grupo Altozano sought to create a building that would make a lasting mark on the La Laguna region. Influenced by its borderline location—on the banks of the Nazas River, at the boundary of two states and two cities—the project was conceived as a soft, habitable, and social edge. A winding geometry emerges as part of the terrain, creating a habitable ramped roof that culminates in a terrace with views across the river.
