Double Shell. Located 2,600 feet (800 meters) from the sea, Casa V is conceived as a refuge that shapes its own landscape. Designed to serve as a functional permanent residence while adapting to the arrival of summer guests, its strategy was not to open up to the immediate surroundings, which lack privileged views, but rather to create an internal landscape that enriches the spatial experience. The architecture does not merely delimit space; it transforms it into a new setting.
