The GLM Apartment, spanning 6,450 square feet (600 m²), is located in Higienópolis, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in São Paulo, known for hosting true icons of modern and classical architecture. This renovation was an opportunity to reinterpret the space, adapting it to the demands of a new life cycle for a couple whose three children have moved out. The project boasts a privileged location directly facing Buenos Aires Square, with unobstructed views of the treetops, an attribute that became the central element of the architectural concept.
