Text description provided by the architects. Jurerê On benefits from a pioneering urban plan designed by Oscar Niemeyer, an icon of Brazilian modern architecture, who in 1958 planned a neighborhood with over twenty green pathways, bringing residents closer to nature. This allows for the daily experience of living in a spacious and healthy environment within a uniquely planned community. It is precisely this tradition of Brazilian modern architecture that inspires the design of Jurerê On. Horizontal planes of exposed concrete, finished with natural wood, create a building that connects people with the landscape. And what a landscape!
