Text description provided by the architects. The Bretagne building, completed in 1958 by developer Artacho Jurado, is a São Paulo icon, listed by CONPRESP in 1995. Its historic status (P2 classification) mandates the preservation of the common area finishes and facade features, but allows for interior renovations, meaning apartments can be remodeled and reconfigured.
