Lina Apartment is based on preserving the original 1980s architecture to build a contemporary narrative where memory, Brazilian design, and daily life meet. Set in a building constructed over four decades ago, the apartment retains distinctive features such as arched doorways, high ceilings, and organic lines, which lend identity and timelessness to the space. The main challenge of the project was to update the way of living without erasing the existing history, balancing preservation and modernity.
