Text description provided by the architects. This project consists of three single-family row houses, semi-detached below grade and independent above grade, located in Puerto Rey, in the municipality of Vera (Almería). The three homes share a communal garden and pool area while also featuring private outdoor spaces. With the dual objective of preventing the flooding common to the area and facilitating cross ventilation, the ground floor of the houses was raised to the maximum allowed by regulations, and the plot was designed across three levels: an entry-level at street height; an intermediate level where the pool is located to preserve privacy; and an upper level that provides access to the ground floor of the homes.
