Global Street Design Guide / GDCI

The Global Designing Cities Initiative (GDCI) of NACTO and Lemoine Editores have announced that the Spanish translation of the Global Street Design Guide is now available. Originally published by the GDCI under the Island Press imprint in 2016 with funding from Bloomberg Philanthropies, the guide was translated into Spanish with the support of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, Colombia, through the District Secretariat of Mobility.

The Global Street Design Guide was created with the participation of experts from 72 cities in 42 countries. It offers case studies and technical details that provide information for designing streets that prioritize pedestrians, cyclists, and public transit users.
